We partner with over 100 organisations across the UK including government agencies, financial institutions and money management apps. Each week, over 30,000 customers use our Benefits Calculator to find additional income and discounts of £5,000 per year.

Our structure allows us the freedom and flexibility to focus on the products and features we are passionate about. Our primary goal is to improve the financial well-being and resilience of UK households by helping them manage and access the benefits they are entitled to.
This is a unique opportunity to join our team during a period of rapid growth. You will see the active users of the products you help build increase from several hundred thousand to millions. Additionally, you will have the chance to be part of launching new products and leading our platform's expansion into new countries.
We are looking for a junior/mid-full-stack developer to scale and add new features to our software platform. Our technology stack is: Node.js, React.js, MongoDB, Docker and runs on Google Cloud. We also use Python for our data pipelines and data products.
You will be our first employee working side-by-side with our CTO and Product Manager. You will have the opportunity to build new greenfield services and iterate on the existing components while ensuring the platform’s scalability and security.
Our offices are in central Vilnius 🇱🇹 but we are a remote-first company and you can be a full-time or seasonal digital nomad. However, we expect you to spend a few months working with us in Vilnius and join our annual offsite gatherings to foster teamwork and collaboration.
